The rich breakfast buffet features crusty farm bread, jams, South Tyrolean bacon (“Speck”), colourful fruits, a tea corner, and fragrant Italian coffee. Along with freshly prepared egg dishes, yogurt, muesli, and regional cheeses, you’ll find everything you need for a strong start into your day. Natural. Seasonal. Regional.

In our panoramic dining room, every night we’ll serve you a refined 4-course menu, accompanied by a rich salad buffet. Our half-board at the Montara offers you new taste experiences every day. Fresh. Light. Tasty.
We are happy to accommodate personal requests, giving food intolerances and allergies our full attention.

A fine meal must be paired with the right wine: We’re happy to recommend it. Wines from South Tyrol, Italy, and international wines, personally selected by us, are stored in our wine cellar.
Discover Lagrein, Vernatsch, or Gewürztraminer – wines full of character, with history and depth. Many of our wines come from sustainable cultivation and small wineries where the wine is still produced by hand.
