Sustainability in our
Hotel Montara in Terenten
Enjoy mindfully
If you spend your holidays at the Hotel Montara you are deliberately choosing a hotel that focuses on regionality, environmental awareness, and genuine South Tyrolean quality. For us, sustainability is not a sacrifice, but rather a commitment. With thoughtful decisions and particular attention to detail, we will make your stay as environmentally responsible as possible.
Our commitment to South Tyrolean quality
We love what grows in our region – and that's why we source many of our products from local partners. Quality, freshness, and a connection to our land create genuine enjoyment with character – authentic, regional, and seasonal. As hosts, we value bringing this diversity closer to our guests – a little piece of South Tyrol with every plate.
Our breakfast. Simply delicious. imply regional.
What makes a good breakfast? We believe that it is genuine ingredients, short distances, and producers we know by name. From fresh bread to homemade cakes, dairy products of the highest South Tyrolean quality, and a selection of local cheeses. We pay attention to origins and farming practices. Many of our local suppliers from the Pustertal Valley have been working with us for years, and together we stand for quality, authenticity, and appreciation.
Small gestures, big impact
At the Montara, we focus on uncomplicated sustainability in our everyday lives. Our heating system is energy-efficient, our electricity comes from renewable sources, and we also think carefully about cleaning practices, laundry management, and paper consumption. A sensible towel concept, recycled materials, and a reduced use of disposable products help keep our ecological footprint small.
As an environmentally conscious hotel in the Pustertal Valley, we act out of conviction, not for image reasons. Together we seek sustainable solutions.
Our motto: Less fuss, more action.
Gemeinsam suchen wir zukunftsfähige
Short distances & a clear attitude
