Rates & Conditions
The rates apply per person and day in a double room including breakfast or half board as well as a variety of services.
For double rooms used as single rooms we apply a surcharge of €30 per day.
Underground parking € 5.00 per day
Please note that a local tax of €2.80 per person and night applies to all guests aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the price of the stay and is payable directly on site.

Pets
Your four-legged is welcome in our house – we charge €25 per day (excluding food). Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining room or wellness area. If you would like to bring your pet with you to dinner, we will be happy to reserve a table for you in our conservatory – please inform us in advance.
Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit to confirm the booking (booking security) and upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
Extra fees and payment terms
Deposit: We are happy to receive your written bookings via email. The booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit (200 € per stay) has been paid.
Please state your booking number as the transfer subject.

Arrival & Departure
Arrival: We expect you to arrive from 2 PM onwards. Of course, you may arrive earlier, but your room will not be ready until 2 PM. If you arrive after 7 PM, please let us know.
Departure: Check-out is possible until 10 AM on the day of departure. Other times are available upon request.
We are happy to pick up train passengers from the station in Franzensfeste/Fortezza.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal subject to the following cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
Cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the stay are free of charge (except for the deposit, which counts as a cancellation fee). After that, 10% of the booked stay will be charged.
To save costs, we recommend that you protect yourself and take out travel cancellation insurance.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to come and enjoy your holiday in our hotel.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you purchase cancellation protection when booking your stay. This will cover cancellation fees, allowing you to look forward to your vacation without any worries. You may find further information about the costs and purchasing travel cancellation insurance here.
